I IZ 19!!! So yesterday was my birthday and one of the first, most memorable things that happened that morning was I was curled up with my girly and this is what occured.

Girly: Arr!
Me: Is you a pirate?
Girly: Just lookin' over me booty! *hug/snuggle while I laugh a little too loud*

And then again at 6 a.m. I poked her, "Hey! Hey! I turned 19 three hours ago!" Her: "Happy birthday..... *sleeeep*"

So, that's a little bit of the funny stuff out of the way, I'll go on to talk about what's up and I'll even do a special 'I'm older so this is what I've learned' thing...

Obviously I'm in college now so my work has started to slow down a little since college is pretty... intense. And on top of the normal college thing I've had major roommate issues where I really don't feel safe in my own place of residence. So I've been walking away to stay at my girlfriend's house with her (freakishly amazing) roommates (who got me awesome pajama pants for my birthday! I love them!). This all being said, clearly my internet time has been semi limited.

But on the other side of things! I've been having a super great time in college! I have AMAZING friensd here who not only accept me for who and what I am, but love me and encourage me to be who and what I am. The even talk me into doing other things (liiike...crossdressing....). Amazing friends are awesome.

Hokay... I don't know what else to say so I'm going to go with things I've learned in the past year about the world and life in general.

1) Some people do change when given the chance. They just need the means, the drive, the will, the opportunity, and the sense to know when they have it all.

2) There is more to existance than what is before us. If all we do is live, there there is a serious waste of energy going on and the universe needs to rethink its laws and logic.

3) Some people are worth it.

4) Some people are not.

5) A simple touch could easily mean more than any word you say.

6) You don't need to be blood to be family.

7) Wishes come true if you do what you can to help Fate out.

8) Maturity is not the seriousness that comes with age. It is the ability to know when to be serious, and the knowledge to know how to still have fun with simple pleasures. Such as shiny spinning things and a floor you can slide on.

9) Sometimes talking fixes all your problems and puts your head back on straight. But you MUST be willing to hear what needs to be said.

10) Those who care will hold you while you cry because they know how miserable you are. And they will know exactly what to say and when to say it to make you smile again (This one is a tribute to my brther. You won't read this, but thank you for not letting me walk alone.).
